About Principal

With an enriching experience of over 10 years, he has a blend of industrial and academic experience to maintain the standards and quality of pharmacy education and take it to the higher level, ultimately strengthening the bond between academicians and aspirants of pharmacy education. Being linked to professional organizations and research associations, he does the promotion of research and developmental activities in the forefront. Masters at exploring design and characterization of controlled release drug delivery systems and complexation technology. When at leisure, he likes to go camping, taking care of animals, and has a penchant for element collection.

Diploma in Pharmacy (D.PHARMA.)

D.Pharma means two year Diploma in Pharmacy. In India, students can study this education course after successfully completing Standard Twelve in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and either Biology or maths as subjects. The person who has completed D.Pharm can be employed as registered pharmacist in Hospital and Community pharmacies dispensing drugs and pharmaceuticals. It has been made mandatory that at least one person employed in a pharmacy must be a qualified registered pharmacist. After completion of D.Pharm, one should complete the respective pharmacy council registration to become a registered pharmacist.
